The Physical Performance Center offers the best of health and wellness. We also offer the work out you want to do, not the work out you make yourself do because you have to.
We provide much more value than a typical gym where you typically only pay for access to the equipment and are more affordable than a training studio which generally charges clients by the hour. We believe your health and wellness should not be a seasonal expense, but should rather be a year round investment.
What can I expect?
You can expect you will be in the best shape of your life. We are so sure of this, that we offer a 100% money back guarantee to anyone who works with us and is not happy with the results they achieve.
You can expect measurable results, safe, proven, and effective workouts, and the piece of mind that comes from working with expert staff who has knowledge in strength and conditioning for all ages and ability levels.

Hear what people are saying about the training we provide:
"So far the response has been overwhelming for the PPC performance training clinics and I believe if you ask anyone involved they will tell you that if you want to take your game to the next level that this is the place to be. I hope that each of you will consider this program in preparation for your next season, whether that be your recreation league, middle school, high school or college pursuit or just maintaining healthy lifestyles and injury prevention. PPC has put their money where their mouth is and athletes are already seeing results and I hope you will too." - Trina Sharpe...Director/Coach of Sports Academy Inc.
"We [the Gastonia Grizzlies] are very excited to be working with Gaston Rehab Associates and the Physical Performance Center this year. We feel it is the perfect fit for our college players to stay healthy and strong during the season." -Jesse Cole, General Manager, Gastonia Grizzlies
"Great equipment, highly professional staff, like kids, love their work! I work out out at the facility myself."
-Ron Bray, Head Men's Basketball Coach, Hunter Huss High School
"You do work here! I have never felt that tired after training. No practice or game compares to the hard work you do at the Physical Performance Center. The machine is the worst (Woodway Force Treadmill)!"
- K.J.
